In just a few weeks, on June 12th, Republicans in Anderson will decide who will represent us in the General Election in November. It has been an honor to serve you and I humbly ask for your vote. As the campaign is cranking up, we are pleased to see the support for re-election is energized and ready to go.

On Monday, April 16th, the Anderson County Republican Party is hosting a forum for all Legislative candidates. The meeting will be at Concord Community Church at 6:30pm. Also, the Anderson Tea Party and WAIM are planning on hosting debates, but details are not currently available.

“That’s why we call it an open forum” and “All we try to do here is put forth information” I’ve heard Rick say many times. Who knows what the listeners and callers will want to talk about on Monday morning, but I’ll be on air to take whatever they sling my way. Tune in to 1230 am or to listen online, click here.

Councilman Ken Waters is hosting a town hall meeting in Powdersville on Monday 01.30.2012 at 6:30 pm. I’ll be dropping by to give a legislative update. The meeting will be at the Dan Cooper Library. Y’all come!
