24 hour abortion bill goes to conference

On Wednesday 04.21.10, the Senate “insisted” on the Senate amendment. This means that the bill will now go to a conference committee. The Senate conferees are Sen. Brad Hutto (D-Orangeburg), Sen. Jake Knotts (R-Lexington) and myself. This conference committee will work out the differences of the versions of the House and Senate.
