pink jump suits
The SC Department of Corrections evidently has a problem with inmates publicly exposing themselves in manners not appropriate. There is a court challenge to the 2 year old policy that punishes these offenders by making them wear pink jump suits. Naturally, a few nuts are clamoring to defend these inmates. I don’t get it. Seems like to me the inmate has a choice. Follow the rules and choose your color.

We could follow one southwestern Sheriff’s plan and issue all of the male prisoners pink briefs…
As to defending the “dignity” and protecting the “self-esteem” of jerks that are “flag wavers” as old slang idnetifies them, I don’t get it either. Pink jumpsuits are a corrective measure, why else would the Dept of Corrections have these perpetrators locked up. Maybe the defenders are missing the entertainment of a free show and bear monitoring.

If they would obey the law they would not have this problem. We should put them in a tent city like AZ does….Stop making prisons like a motel room!
