Bryant singled out in Democrat Party’s newsletter…why me?

I was recently informed that an Anderson Democrat Party’s newsletter singles me out as a target for next year’s election.

The local liberals reference me in the same newsletter they’ve praised uber-liberal Howard Dean and and quoted dishonorable Bill Clinton. In this context, I may consider the mentioning of me as a compliment.

Here is the article: ACDP SEEKS CANDIDATES If you are interested in holding political office, do not wait for the ACDP to come pleading with you to run. Step forward and tell Stuart Sprague that you want to be a candidate. There are numerous offices waiting to be filled in the 2008 election. Now is the time to start campaigning. The party has several ways to help candidates run a successful campaign. Among the races coming up are all County Council officers except District 2 where Gracie Floyd will be the candidate. South Carolina House Districts 6, 7 and 9 are open. Charles Griffin has declared his candidacy for District 8. We really need an aggressive candidate to run for State Senator against Kevin Bryant. No one has declared for Congressional District 3 for the U.S. House of Representatives.

Well Senator, I think Hillary Rodham’s carpetbagging won’t have time to allow her to feign residency to run against you.

Now if you’d sponsor a bill to legalize pederasty, infanticide or civil unions for sodomites, they mightn’t think that you have Christian family values that appeal to the “value-voters”.

Senator, you may take it as a compliment. I am a Democrat who enjoys reading your blog, as I like seeing all points of view; how are we ever going to find solutions if we don’t understand each other? I am not from Anderson, but think you could take it as a compliment toward your campaigning abilities - you are only ’singled out’ as a politician the dems in Anderson believe they will need a strong/agressive candidate in order have a chance at defeating you. It really doesn’t seem to say anything bad about you, and as I note could honestly be taken as a praise of sorts?

Maybe it will be Ron Wilson, or Bill McAbee. Both have proved themselves to be DEMOCRATS. They have done nothing but raise taxes and spend other peoples money.

Either would make the DEMOCRATIC party proud. They tend to have that party platform down. They also broke all of their campaign promises by voting three times to raise taxes. As a matter of fact, Ron Wilson wanted to raise taxes even more. Only state law prohibited democrats McAbee and Wilson from raising taxes higher.

Don’t be suprised if it isn’t McAbee or Wilson (maybe both) running against you as democrats.

McAbee and Wilson are not only democrats/rinos, but idiot puppets of Joey Preston.

I couldn’t be more disappointed in Bill McAbee. I worked for him and gave him money. I will personally vote for a democrat before I ever vote for him again.

What is even more difficult to understand is he was the Anderson County Party Chairman. How could that happen. Senator Bryant you are a great Republican and so is the guy after McAbee, and I think the new guy will be good. What happened to McAbee? Is it the girl? Is it Preston? What gives.

You could only hope that Wilson or McAbee runs against you. Only Carol Burdette would be a better democrat to run against.

Nice group of folks you have here Senator, you do realize this is the kind of fear and hate your party encourages right?
