Members from the Iraqi and Kurdish delegation have sought advice from our own Director of the SC Department of Corrections, Mr. Jon Ozmint. The US Department of Justice recommended the Iraqi Delegation to South Carolina to learn how to run a department with such limited funds.
In a conversation with Mr. Ozmint, I have learned that the SCDC is the least funded Corrections Department in the United States in all measurable categories. We are proud to have Mr. Ozmint run this uber-efficient agency saving the taxpayer millions.

Senator Bryant:
There is more and more evidence surfacing about Ron Wilson’s racist activities. See ronwilsonexposed.blogspot.com.
You nominated him for State School Board, raised money for him, contributed personnally to his campaign, and defended him in the media.
Given this growing body of evidence, as a Christian, do you denounce Mr. Wilson hate mongering activities, and do you regret your past support of Mr. Wilson?
Wow Senator, you have quite a fixated guest on your site. I think Ozmint has done a great job. I must admit that at first I was skeptical about his appointment and scratched my head, but today I stand firmly convinced he has done a great job. I think his Navy qualifications as well as law enforcement experience have really blended well for the state as a whole.
Senator, I know you supported Mr. Ozmint for Attorney General big time. Even though He would have made a great ag, it is good to see the Palmetto State gain from his talents in another role. This is such an honor. did the press pick up on this?
It sounds like Mr. Boles has some hate issues of his own. Does he think a liberal Democrat should have been appointed? Sen. Bryant has shown to have good judgement and Mr. Wilson is a good person. Mr. Ozmint has done excellent job. Keep it up!!
