I will introduce legislation changing Jessica’s Law to allow for the death penalty. Currently, Jessica’s law involves sexual crimes against children. A first conviction will have a minimum sentence of 25 years without parole. A second conviction will get life. My bill will allow the prosecution the death penalty option in second convictions. By the way, the last time SC executed a non murderer was in 1972. The condemned man was convicted of rape.
If Someone sexually abuses my child they will get the death penalty.
I will be the judge, jury, and executioner. So help me God.

However, i feel that i must mention this as i always do in these types of forums:
We NEED to make a more sure system on figuring out who is a sex offender, i have known two people blatantly wrongly accused of sexual assault crimes. Through many many months of emotional hassle to them and tangetially onto me, i must ask that there be a better system for accusing people, not only for sexual assault crimes but for all crimes.
But, by all means! everyone deserves a second chance (i guess) and if you fail that time, I’m all for the death penalty in this situation.
